Definitions

1.1. The organizers of the campaign (hereinafter collectively and individually referred to as the Organizer) are Luise 13 OÜ.

1.2. A campaign participant (hereinafter: Participant) is a natural person who enters into a purchase agreement with the Organizer during the campaign period to purchase at least one row box.

 

CAMPAIGN CONTENT

2.1. During the campaign period, enter into a purchase agreement with the Organizer to purchase a row box in accordance with the Campaign terms, and for the first six (6) months, the Organizer will transfer mortgage payments to your bank account, taken to purchase the row box, in accordance with the payment schedule and no later than one (1) day before the payment date specified in the payment schedule.

2.2. The offer is valid for Participants who, after the completion of the construction of row houses, enter into, in addition to the mandatory sales contract, also a real estate transfer contract with the Organizer, transferring ownership rights to the row box to the Participant (the same person must be specified as the buyer in the sales contract and in the real estate transfer contract).

2.3. The Organizer will make Participant’s mortgage payments based on the mortgage payment schedule concluded between the Participant and the bank to purchase the row box, under the following conditions:

2.3.1. Upon purchasing the row box, the Participant makes a down payment of at least 15% of the row box’s value;

2.3.2. the payment schedule is set for at least twenty (20) years; and

2.3.3. The interest on the mortgage consists of a 3- or 6-month EURIBOR rate and a risk margin of up to 2%.

2.4. The offer is valid for all row boxes sold by the Organizer.

 

PERSONAL DATA

3.1. By participating in the campaign, the Participant consents to the processing of their data in accordance with the privacy policy of Capital Mill OÜ, which can be found at: https://luisenthalbutiik.ee/en/privacy-policy/.

3.2. The Organizer collects only those personal data that have been explicitly and voluntarily permitted by the Participants in the context of the campaign.

3.3. The personal data provided by the Participant are processed under the responsibility of the Organizer. The Organizer handles personal data in accordance with applicable laws.

3.4. Personal data will not be transferred to third parties without prior consent, except when required by law or court order.

3.5. The Organizer will use the personal data obtained only for the purposes of the campaign, unless the Participant has consented to the use of data for marketing and advertising purposes. The information provided by the participant will be stored as long as the Organizer has a legitimate business interest and will not be used for marketing purposes without the explicit consent of the Participant.

 

OTHER PROVISIONS

4.1. The campaign runs from 12.02.2024 to 23.06.2024 (inclusive) or until row boxes are available. The campaign organizer reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the campaign or extend its period.

4.2. By participating in the campaign, the Participant confirms their familiarity with the campaign terms and their acceptance.

4.3. The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally amend and supplement the rules and conditions of the campaign, informing the campaign Participants through the Organizer’s website: https://luisenthalbutiik.ee/.
